Marcos Tadeu de Oliveira Andrade, Civil Engineer from Escola Politécnica-USP, Postgraduate in Finance Administration from FGV/SP, with Executive MBA from Kellogg and INSEAD. Mr. Andrade has over 30 years of professional experience, either in business management and consultancy. Prior to founding Acumen in 2009 he was CFO and Operations VP of large corporations such as AngloGold, BMW, GTECH, J. Macedo and Copersucar.

Décio Frignani Junior, Lawyer, with over 20 years of consulting experience in corporate and tax matters, was Partner of KPMG Brazil for 15 years and headed KPMG Brasil Legal Services area (Frignani e Andrade Advogados) for twelve years. Mr. Frignani has extensive experience in Corporate, Tax and Commerial Law, M&A and due diligences. He is familiar with a great diversity of legal matters regarding different industries, such as automotive, infrastructure, agriculture, food, financial and insurance, technology, services, pharmaceutical and telecommunications.
José Rafael Pardini Junior, Lawyer, was Director of KPMG Brazil Legal Services. Mr. Pardini has over 15 years of experience in business law, acting since 2000 in corporate advisory. Holds extensive experience in Corporate, Tax and Commercial Law, as well as on M&A and international structured transactions. During his period at KPMG Mr. Pardini coordinated several legal due diligences and corporate restructurings.
Eric Marcel Zanata Petry, Lawyer, was Senior Manager of KPMG Brazil Legal Services. Mr. Petry has a background in commercial practice and tax (opinions, consulting and litigation), having also coordinated several due diligences. He holds additionally sound experience in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Central Bank.
